Why is LAU Necessary?
77% of respondents report experiencing employee burnout at their current job, with over half indicating multiple occurrences. This is a huge sign that how we go about our work routines is clearly broken.

We believe that many current issues such as depression lead back to a problem with our identity. If we can guide people towards seeing their place in the world rightly, we can change so much for the better.
